In case Israel Attacks Iraq, It Will Pay Heavy Costs

According to Negaheno report, Lieutenant General Abdulkarim Khalaf said: “After facing military challenges and miscalculations in the field, the Zionist regime is now after media terrorism and causing fear within the public opinion.”

He continued that it is possible for the regime to react to the attacks by the Iraqi resistance groups deep into the Zionist regime security and that is why, I predict that if it is to attack Iraq the Hashd Shaabi and the Islamic resistance groups would be one of Israel’s main targets.

This Iraqi military official added that in case Israel attacks Iraq the regime will pay heavy costs as the US interests will surely be endangered and all the US military bases in Iraq and the region will be the legal and legitimate targets of the resistance.

This military analyst also further stated that Iraq must be equipped with the air defense system.

He added: “The reason why Iraq has been unable to equip itself with air defense system so far is because of some of the European and US interventions apart from financial problems.”
