Madeleine: The Zionist Piracy and World Scandalous Human Rights

The Zionist regime’s piracy of Madeleine is not only a blatant aggression against international laws and the human rights but also it is a display of a disgraceful situation of the West claiming to defend human rights and a reaffirmation on the terrorist nature and the warmongering image of the Zionist regime.

According to Negaheno report Madeleine ship that carried humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza left Catania harbor in Italy to reach this region. however, in an unprecedented action and a blatant display of state terrorism the Zionist regime’s special forces transferred the ship by a sudden assault and forced it to anchor at Ashdod port and took its passengers as hostages.

This is when 12 international human rights’ activists with different nationalities were on board the ship. They carried no arms nor any military devices on the ship but only food and medical items were carried to help the people of Gaza. This action was a blatant aggression and piracy which is against all international laws and human principles.

Madeleine ‘s voyage to Gaza was a symbolic action but deep in raising awareness among the general public around the world. An action that forced the Zionist regime to stand against it with full force.

The taking of the ship and its passengers clearly proves that resistance is the only way to maintain the rights of the people of Palestine and any negotiation with a regime that does not comprehend the language of humanity would equal betraying the people. Madeleine not only turned the attention of the world towards Gaza but also it was a plea to revive a global wave in practically supporting the resistance of Palestine. The actions of the Zionists reaffirmed the legitimacy of resistance and the need to fight against the occupying regime.

The silence led by the west against the Zionist’s piracy not only shows them partnering with their crimes but also it is a historically repetitious scandal of those claiming to defend human rights. The western countries that undertake military intervention in different parts of the world in superficial pretexts have now kept silence over the piracy of Madeleine and taking of its international activist passengers as hostages and not only have they failed to take any actions but have also failed to even verbally warn the Zionists.

This silence is a direct participation in the crimes perpetrated by Israel and it shows that the promise of ceasefire and peace plans are nothing but excuses to deceit the public views. Now the time has come for the people to demand their governments to account for such treasons and stand with the people of Gaza.
